Recently, two gyratory screens used for urea sieving were finished production and transported to Russia. This was the first cooperation between our customer and PK Machinery, after several rounds of technical communication and commercial negotiations, they finally decided to place an order to PK Machinery.

As we all know, gyratory screen is designed as a precise and accurate material sieving equipment, and it is widely used in chemical, fertilizer, metallurgical, ceramsite,refractory materials, grain, food, abrasives, mining and other industries in the sizing process of material accurate screening. Especially for urea, gyratory screen has a really good market.
As for this project, customer wants to handle urea 50 tons per hour, after knowing well of basic requirements, PK Machinery engineer configured 2 gyratory screen with three layers, model 3PXZS, 2 vibrating feeders HZGS718S. With mature technology and perfect working performance, we are sure client will be satisfied.

In addition, gyratory sieve is also featured by its automatic cleaning performance, which can keep screen aperture clean and maintain a good efficiency; Gyratory reciprocating motion provides full utilization of screen surfaces, which ensures material constantly contacted with screen surface; Fully enclosed structure improve working environment for operators.
