Belt-turning device operating principle:
Under normal conditions, long-distance belt conveyors are equipped with two belt-turning devices in the return section, that is, installed at the head and tail. The operation principle is when the conveyor belt is returned and passes through the conveyor head. The belt-turning device forces the conveyor belt to turn 180 degrees, the carrying surface of the conveyor belt (i.e., the working surface of the conveyor belt) is upward, and the non-load bearing surface contacts with the idlers, and when the conveyor belt moves to the tail section of the conveyor and forced the conveyor belt again: turned 180 degrees with its carrying surface facing upwards. After the twice turning of conveyor belt, its carrying surface has returned to its original position and it can continue to assume the mission of transport.
