In the type of screw tensioning device,the screw is installed on the lower case,the nut is fixed on the plate u-shaped slot,when rotating the screw,the plate will be moved up and down,and the lower bearing is fixed on the plate,so the lower roller will tension the traction. This tensioning method is suitable for chain bucket elevator,when producing elongation,you can adjust the tension screw to ensure the stability of the chain.



Bucket elevator hammer lever tensioning device will force on the plate, the lower bearing is fixed on the plate,so the lower chain wheel will tension the traction.This is a kind of automatic tensioning device,heavy hammer lever has certain follow-up,keeping a certain tension,running stably.This tensioning method is suitable for chain bucket elevator, avoiding taking off the chain and skid. The application effect is good.
In type of heavy hammer tensioning device,the heavy hammer the gravity on the lower bearing seat directly through support,so the lower chain wheel will tension the traction,compared with heavy hammer lever tensioning device,the same tension needs more weight.So it is commonly used in larger traction weight of plate chain bucket elevator,it only needs small space position,it is a kind of automatic tensioning device.
