Circular mining vibration sieve machine is mainly composed of screen box, screen cloth, vibrator, spring damping device, chassis and other components.

The eccentric block is adopted to adjust the amplitude of vibrator which is installed on the sieve side plate, the centrifugal inertial force is produced and driven by the motor through the belt, forcing the screen box to vibrate. Vibration sieve machine plate is made of high quality steel plate, side plates, beams and the exciter base adopt high strength bolts or ring groove rivet connection.
The circular vibrating screen is installed in seated type. The adjustment of screen surface angle can be realized by changing the height of the spring support.

Meanwhile, screen cloth is the main wear part of circular vibration screen. According to the variety of construction material types and users’ requirement, high manganese steel woven mesh, punching sieve plate and rubber sieve plate can be adopted.
