The bearing on the small sprocket shaft of buried chain conveyor machine is a pair of GB/T276-6112 deep groove ball bearings.
Large sprocket shaft bearings of buried chain conveyor machine use two pairs of GB/T276-6308 deep groove ball bearings and a pair of GB301-8208 thrust ball bearings.
Deep groove ball bearings have a simple structure. It is mainly subject to radial loads, also could withstand a certain amount of two-way axial load. It can replace thrust bearings at high-speed devices. The friction coefficient is small, the speed limit is high, and the price is low, and it has the widest range of applications.
Thrust ball bearings can only be subject to one-way axial load. When turning, the steel ball rubbed with the cage and become heat due to centrifugal force, so the limit speed is low. And the ferrules can be separated.

Key selection for buried scraper conveying equipment
