TD belt bucket elevator is featured by its complete specification, large capacity, high lifting height, stable operation and long service life, and it is widely used for transporting bulk, granular and small pieces of material, such as coal, cement, chemical fertilizer, sand, grain and so on, the density is not more than 1.5t/m3. Rubber belt bucket elevator bucket can be divided into two kinds: Zd type (middle deep bucket) and Sd type (deep bucket). Middle deep bucket is generally suitable for conveying material that is wet and easy to agglomerate, difficult to throw, such as sand, fertilizer, soda powder etc.. While deep bucket is generally applicable to transport material that is dry, loose and easy to throw, such as cement, clinker, coal, gravel, etc..

The connection of the bucket elevator belt: the connecting method of belt includes the bolt connection and the gluing. The connection should meet the following requirements:
(1) the two ends of the rubber cloth should be according to the corresponding curtain cloth layer cutting into staircase shape, joint length should be 1-2 times of the width;
(2) material of adhesive and belt should have the same elasticity;
(3) the joint should be firm and the thickness of the joint should be increased, and should not exceed 5% of tape thickness.
(4) adhesive vulcanization temperature, vulcanization time and ambient temperature adhesive connection shall comply with the requirements of technical documents and cement equipment;
(5) when the tape adopts a bolt or a glued joint, it should be lapped along the direction of the belt running.
(6) the belt needs to be pretensioning, the pretension should be 1.5-2 times of the working tension, and the duration of the pretension is 24 hours.
(7) the method of adhesive tape connection is referred to appendix II in GB50270-98 code continuous conveying equipment construction and acceptance &installation and acceptance.
The installation of belt bucket elevator bucket: bucket installation should be according to the installation drawings and instructions of bucket elevator manufacturer. The following items should be paid

attention to when installing the bucket:
(1) bucket installation should be in strict accordance with the installation drawings and instructions, the installation position and quantity shall not be changed at will.
(2) bucket installation at the joint: the lap length should span 3 buckets, and the distance between the connecting bolt axis and the end of tape should not be less than 50mm.
Installation of belt type bucket elevator accessories
(1) accessories: tape bucket elevator accessories include tension device, back stop device and the casing adjustment device, belt tensioning device is to control the distance between the upper and lower belt wheel and prevent belt slack; belt type back stop device is to prevent tape reversal; casing adjusting device is to adjust the shell straightness and prevent casing friction that impacts bucket elevator machine normal operation.
(2) installation is carried out in accordance with the installation drawings and installation instructions of the accessories.
