On 4th March, vibrating feeder and hopper for wood slab were loaded into a 20ft container and dispatched to Qingdao port, the sailing date is 8th March. The cargo will arrive in Davao port after 16 days’ sailing.
This is the second cooperation between both sides, the hopper and vibration feeder is used for making criss-crossed wood slab straight and feeding to the belt conveyor uniformly.

According to the specific requirement, PK Machinery configured a 4000mm wide hopper and a 600mm wide and 5000mm long vibrating feeder to fit the system, the vibrating feeder adopts two units of 2.2kw vibrating motor, meanwhile, a Siemens frequency converter is equipped to adjust the vibrating force.
