Following mentioned is the method to prolong linear vibration sieve service life, hope it can be helpful for the daily operation.

1.The bolts which connected with the linear vibrating screen body and screen box adopts strength bolts. Instead of normal bolts. The fastening of bolts must be checked regularly once a month. Loosen bolts should be avoided otherwise it will cause damage.
2. When replace the linear vibration screen sieve cloth, the space between side plates and mesh sieve box must be equal. If tension is not enough or uneven will lead to mesh cloth wear early.

3.Bearing temperature should not exceed 75°C during normal operation. This is because there is a running-in process of new vibrator which might cause the higher temperature, but the temperature will be stable after running for 8 hours.
