There are two main ways of cleaning the screw conveyor blades(screw conveyor part).

The first way is dirt removal by acid: Heat 9% hydrochloric acid to a certain temperature, normally it doesn’t go beyond 60℃. Next, put the heated hydrochloric acid into the container and put the screw conveyor blades in. A few hours later, users can add the K2Cr2O7 solution to clean it.Finally, rinse the screw conveyor blades(screw conveyor part) with clean water until they are thoroughly clean.

The second way is cleaning them with base: put 2% caustic sodium NaOH into the cooling system,then rinse the blades with water till they are clean.
