Safety Operation Regulations of Rotary Vibrating Screen
1. Inspection item of rotary vibrating screen before startup
1) Check whether the lubrication condition of bearings is good and there is proper grease for each lubricating point.
2) Check whether all fasteners are tightened.
3) Check whether coarse mesh and fine mesh are damaged.
4) Check whether all clamps are fastened.
2. Operation procedure of rotary vibrating screen
1) Push start button to start the equipment, observe vibration condition of machine body and carefully listen to running noise. If there is any abnormal vibration and sound, push stop button immediately. When the abnormal phenomenon has been found out and eliminated, the machine can be start up again.
2) Start up the equipment and check whether it has abnormal operation and reaches rated speed.
3) If the electrical equipment is automatic tripping, it is forbidden to start rotary vibrating screen again until the failure cause is clarified.
4) The material feeding should be stopped immediately if there is any abnormal sound and vibration, and these malfunctions should be solved after equipment shutting down.
5) Frequently observe the condition of material discharging, if there is any blocking, eliminate it timely.
3. Common failures and troubleshooting of rotary vibrating screen
1) If there is any abnormal vibration in no-load operation, check and fasten the foundation bolts.
2) If there is any abnormal sound in no-load operation, check and clean out the remnants in rotary vibrating screen, or check and repair drive device & the equipment clearance.
3) If the equipment doesn't operate after startup, shut down it immediately. Then check and clean out the ash deposition in the machine, inspect the connecting part between electric motor and machine body, ask the electrician to check the motor and start button.



4. Precautions for use of rotary vibrating screen
1) Observe the bearings of drive device, the equipment is in normal operation if the temperature rise is 35℃, and the equipment should be shut down immediately if the temperature rise is higher than 70℃.
2) Check the lubrication device, scrub the components, and check the equipment and maintenance.
3) Make the record of operation, lubrication, maintenance and troubleshooting well.
4) Do well the cleaning of the site.
5. Safety and environment
1) In order to guarantee the safety, it is prohibited to do the work of adjustment, cleaning and repairing during the equipment operation.
2) In order to ensure equipment safety, it is forbidden to start and shut down rotary vibrating screen in the load operation, which is only allowable during no-load operation.
3) Ear protector or earplug must be worn if the equipment environmental noise is more than 50 dB.
4) Protective mask must be worn if the equipment environmental respirable dust is more than 3.5 g/m3.
5) It is requested to do comprehensive cleaning and scrubbing after every equipment shutdown.
