It is a critical part to adjust the belt tension degree for rubber belt conveyor deviation. Two bend pulleys upon the hammer tension should be perpendicular to both longitudinal direction of belt conveyor and gravity vertical line, which is to ensure its axis center line in a level degree. When using spiral tension or hydro cylinder tension, two bearings of tension pulley should do parallel motion in the same time to ensure the pulley axis is perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of belt.
