Daily inspection
Mechanical items : guardrail, crossing bridge, belt conveyor roller, drum pulley, bend pulley and belt.
Electrical parts: anti-skid device, deviation switch, emergency stop switch, tear detection device, anti reverse device.

Weekly inspection
Mechanical items: driving wheel, guide wheel,reducer. machine tail transition inspection, tension device and pull rope device.
Electrical parts: main motor, inverter, main transformer wiring, electronic control, power system Monthly check

Mechanical items: each part of the rope wheel, a transition wheel, guide wheel, driving wheel, belt wheel, roller tension car, check and oiling.
Electrical items: fastening bolts, fast switching, commutator maintenance,limit protection. emergency stop protection and alarm system.
