I.Application

This installation technological process is used for the bucket elevator which vertically transport the powder materials, granule materials and small piece materials, and the lifting height limit is less than 50 meters, the capacity limit is less than 1600m3/h.
 

II.Technological process

Technological process for belt type industrial bucket elevator:

a.Reinspecting the foundation;

b.Install the upper part of the bucket elevator equipment;

c.Install the bottom part;

d.Install the middle guide pulley;

e.Housing installation;

f.Install the belts and buckets;

g.Install the accessories;

h.Install the inlet and outlet;

i.commissioning test.

Technological process for chain type industrial bucket elevator:

a.Reinspecting the foundation;

b.Install the actuating device;

c.Install the bucket elevator upper chain wheel;

d.Install the bottom chain wheel;

e.Install the middle guide pulley;

f.Housing installation;

g.Install the chains and buckets;

h.Install the accessories;

i.Install the inlet and outlet;

j.Commissioning test.
