1.Please add clean lubricating oil for anti-friction bearing, slide plane, rolling bearing, wheel gear of cement screw auger, because these places are very easy abrasive.
2.Please inspect each part of the cement screw feeder, inspect the wear condition, replace bearing in time if necessary.

3.If abnormal noise of wheel gear in running occurs, we should stop the machine immediately, besides, if the temperature of bearing oil keeps rising, please figure out the cause. Don’t keep the machine still running, otherwise it will lead to terrible result.
3. At last, select good quality bearing, which can save you much maintenance costs.
