Rotary vibrating screen uses a heavy weight (unbalanced heavy weight) installed at the upper and lower ends of the motor shaft, which converts the motor rotating motion into a horizontal, vertical and inclined three-dimensional motion, and then conveys this motion to the screen surface. Different phase angle reaches different screening effects. Client can adjust the appropriate phase angle according to the need:

1.When the phase angle is 0 degree, the raw material flows from the center straight line to the circumferential direction.
2.When the phase angle is 15 degrees, the material begins to swirl, which is mainly used for general screening.

3.When the phase angle is 45 degrees, The material makes the longest whirlpool motion, which is mainly used for differential precision classification, high cohesion raw material, moisture content of the material classification.
4.When the phase angle is above 90 degrees, the material is concentrated in the center, which is mainly used for special purpose screening.

Before rotary vibrating sieve leaves the factory, the phase angle is generally 45 degrees, client can control phase angle degree according to the need.
