Last Thursday, a set of gyratory screen as well as associated spare parts ordered by Sri lankan client were loaded into a 20ft container and after well packed, they will be dispatched to Qingdao port to catch the earliest sailing date.

This gyratory screen is a 2 layer screen which is to sieve 3 tons of rubber crumbs per hour, with density 0.55t/m3, 30mesh for 1st layer and 50mesh for 2nd layer. After knowing well of client’s requirement, PK Machinery engineer configured a set of model 2PXZS1530 gyratory screener to fit the system, the construction material of rubber crumbs contact parts are SS304, others are carbon steel. What’s more, client also ordered 3 pieces of 30 mesh screen cloth and 3 pieces of 50mesh screen cloth, 1 set of bouncing ball supporting screen frame and 200 pieces of bouncing balls as spare parts.

In addition, a Schneider electric cabinet is also equipped to achieve the function of start-up and shut down as well as local operation.
