Last week, a set of rotary vibration sieve was delivered to Parkistan, from Qingdao Port to the destination port, Karachi. This machine is sieving used for guar gum powder.
Customer’s company is mainly engaged in producing high quality guar gum and guar splits, which have extensive usage in food and other industries as natural thickener, emulsifier, stabilizer, hydrocolloid, natural fibre, binding, gelling and fracturing agent. The by-product, guar meal is used as a nutritional supplement for animal, poultry and cattle feed. 

For this project, customer requires to handle 2 ton guar gum powder per hour, 60 mesh for the first layer, 80 mesh for second layer. All construction material is SUS304. PK engineer configured a XZS-1200-2 vibro sieve to meet the requirement.
Rotary vibrating screen is designed as a high-precision screening machinery, it is composed of a upper cover, a screen box, a base and a vertical motor with eccentric weight installed at two ends. Rotary vibrating screen can be produced in horizontal, vertical, inclined motions by adjusting the upper and lower eccentric weight. Diameter also can be ranged from 400mm to 2000mm, with single or multiple screening decks. Rotary Vibrating Screen is widely used in many industries, covering food, chemical, ceramic, metallurgy, pollution treatment and so on, dealing with various kinds of materials.
