A few days ago, after final commissioning test work the gyratory screen has been shipped to Indonesia and put it into operation successfully.

The customer comes from a food processing factory located in Indonesia. This is a southeast asian country which is famous for its coconuts. This customized gyratory sreen is used for coconut powder sieving process without any air pollution due to its premium enclosed structure. And its food grade stainless steel structure makes it possible to be none metal-contaminated to the processed materials. Meanwhile its advantage of low noise emission and long span use also make it so popular in the same field.
 

Referring to the parameters provided by our client, we designed this 3PXZS-1236 gyratory screen to meet the claimed discharge specifications(0.16 inches to 0.04 inches-0.09inches). Currently this equipment is operating stably and the client was satisfied because it reached and surpass customer’s expectation of 1-5t/h.
