Last month, a plate chain bucket elevator applied in fertilizer industry was dispatched from Qingdao port to the destionation port, Louisville, which would take 35 days’ sailing to arrive in America.

Our client is engaged in fertilizer industry, the required bucket elevator is to fit 40 tons capacity per hour, the center distance from inlet to outlet is 25m. Bulk fertilizer is 4mm in particle size with material temperature 100℃.
After knowing well of client’s requirement, PK engineer configures NE30 plate chain bucket elevator. NE type bucket elevator’s traction configuration is plate chain, which is used for vertically transporting powder, granular and block material as well as high grinding material , such as coal powder, slag, limestone, cement raw material, cement clinker, cement, coal, dry clay etc., material temperature is less than 250℃.
