Recently, the modification of a linear vibrating screen ordered by Thai client was completed and will be delivered to the destination port Bangkok.
This vibrating screen is designed to separate 15 tons feldspar ore per hour, bulk density 2.55-2.75t/m3, after knowing well of client’s requirement, PK Machinery engineer configures model 3ZS1536, 3 layers linear vibrating screen with stainless steel woven wire mesh cloth, mesh size 25mesh, 30mesh, 60mesh to fit the project.

After finished production, a test-tun with load was carried out, however, the test-run didn’t achieve the ideal result, in order to achieve better efficiency and performance, our engineer suggested three design modification of the feldspar ore linear vibrating screen separator:
1.Using metal screen frame instead of wooden frame since the material is quite abrasive;
2.Using complete piece of screen mesh cloth instead of segment to provide better sealing performance since the material is quite fine;

3.Using rectangle feeding inlet in order to make the feeding more convenient.
After completing the modification, another test-run was carried out, the result was perfect as we expected, and client was also very satisfied with the result.
